About

Born at Lowell General, I went to Greater Lowell Tech where I learned about both business and technology, I applied both disciplines to my career working my way up until I was able to open my first business, again right here in Lowell. Electronic Horizon (a gaming store) was wildly popular, pulling in a large crowd almost every day. Unfortunately, as many first time entrepreneurs find out, that business was not viable.

Having learned the hard learned lessons from that failure, my second business (moving and maintenance) faired much better as a blue collar worker. There I met and helped so many people get a leg up on rebuilding their lives. Even though their employment was often short term, many of those that worked for me would gain the skills they needed to be successful in their chosen fields.

Taking a page from my employees’ playbook, I went back to school to get my A class commercial drivers license and am currently working in the construction industry. I could not be working with a better set of people, helping to make the world a better place in a very real way; laying down the foundations for new homes, schools and businesses in our community.

I am raising three children with the eldest being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, this has given me the unique perspective of how direly important our social programs are to those who need them. We would not have been able to help our child as much as we have if it was not for all the support I have gotten from this community. My other two children are doing very well because of similar learning support, but in a much more conventional way than my eldest child. I am very proud of all of them.

This community means so much to me. This city has always had a rough and rich history. So many people from around the world come here to both learn and live, and we touch so many lives. You can take a person out of Lowell, but you can’t take the Lowell out of the person. This city is worth fighting for.
